An Introduction to Appreciative DiversityMediation
(one module of 16 hours, 3 hours of self-study if applicable).
This compact training is interesting for all those who expect a first insight into mediation. The introduction is also the starting point for the training to become a certified mediator with us.
The workshop provides an overview of the phases and principles as well as the legal framework of mediation. It invites reflection on the role of the mediator, on the significance of human diversity for conflicts, and on the levels and forms of an appreciative attitude, and explores the opportunities and limits of appreciative diversity mediation.
Short exercises help to apply what you have heard to your own work or concerns.
In times of pandemic, we offer the introduction as an online event. The workshop is divided into four afternoons of 4 hours each.
