This is followed by the main topics of conflict, leadership style, system and diversity, team dynamics and sandwich positions as well as self- and project management. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Supervision<\/strong> Approximately 2 weeks after the 2nd seminar and 3rd seminar, a 2-hour supervision takes place in which the participants reflect on their role as leaders.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Installation of peer counseling (optional)<\/strong> After the other seminars, the participants develop the format of peer counseling. We assume that this peer group can then be continued autonomously.
