Three formats for your self-management<\/h3>\n

Seminar series<\/strong> In six events, participants first work on basic models and methods of communication and self-management using concepts from transactional analysis. This is followed by a focus on conflict, systems and diversity, group dynamics and self- and project management. <\/p>\n

Supervision<\/strong> Approximately 2 weeks after the 2nd seminar and 3rd seminar, a 2-hour supervision takes place in which the participants reflect on their role as leaders. <\/p>\n

Installation of peer counseling (optional)<\/strong> After the other seminars, the participants develop the format of peer counseling. We assume that this peer group can then be continued autonomously. In this way, the participants can - continuously carry the topics into their everyday lives - support each other in finding and maintaining their role - offer peer counseling for their part. <\/p>\n

Seminar series: 6 modules of 2 days each, 6 x 350\u20ac = 2,100\u20ac incl. VAT
Supervisions: 2 supervisions of 2 hours each, 2 x 130\u20ac = 260\u20ac - can be booked later
Guidance on peer counseling, 2 x 130\u20ac = 260\u20ac - can be booked later <\/p>\n

This further training is eligible for funding via the ESF Plus program KOMPASS<\/i><\/a>. Get advice on this here<\/i><\/a>. <\/p>\n

Registration
<\/strong>Registration is always possible on the first date of the series. The next series starts on April 16\/17, 2026. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
