You can also take your mock exam on site. Please contact us for this.  <\/p>\n<p>You can take all three parts of a TSTA exam online with us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the TOE exam (theory, organization and ethics), which all candidates must pass before being allowed to take the other two exams.<\/li>\n<li>the supervision exam. For this mock exam, you can choose between Level 1 (CTA Level) or Level 2 (PTSTA Level). We will bring in the supervisees for you. You can also opt for both levels and thus for a complete supervision mock.   <\/li>\n<li>the two-part teaching exam - 1. prepared teaching unit on your own topic and 2. teaching a randomly selected 101 topic.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can choose between both parts or take a complete teaching exam. I felt its power and effectiveness and experienced individual development in my own thinking, feeling and acting. <\/p>\n<p>I also experience personal growth in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ogy.de\/hc6y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" title=\"Externer Link zu agile working world \" class=\"wpel-icon-right\">agile working world<i class=\"wpel-icon fa fa-external-link\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/a>. This requires new thinking, different perceptions and agreements between people so that agility can establish itself as a separate culture and sustainable mindset in the organization and create a new freedom for everyone. <\/p>\n<p>Contact at eye level in the here and now (basic position +\/+) is a basic recipe for success for me when applying transactional analysis in an agile context.
