This allows agility to emerge as a culture in its own right and a sustainable mindset to prevail in the organization, creating a new flexibility. <\/p>\n So that you as a Scrum Master can accompany and lead these processes well, our offer contains tailor-made concepts from transaction analysis, diversity management and mediation that you will get to know and apply.<\/p>\n Contact at eye level in the here and now is a recipe for success for us in an agile context. The equal value of all roles is thus also perceptible in communication. With the concept of basic needs<\/i><\/a>, we focus on psychological safety in a complex environment. Because you can only act in a relaxed manner if you feel safe. <\/p>\n As organizational developers, we are interested in the question of how organizations can maintain stability in agility. As facilitators of this training, we support Scrum Masters in this balancing act. <\/p>\n We are a member of the German Society for Transactional Analysis DGTA<\/i><\/a> and the DGfP and are therefore committed to complying with the professional and ethical guidelines of these associations.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>We benefit from the multitude of experiences with familiar situations and enrich them with aspects of transactional analysis. How do I deal with team members who don’t seem to be self-organized. How do I motivate a team leader who doesn’t seem to be taking the lead? What can I do to ensure that no one feels “lost” with all the agility?<\/p>\n
<\/strong>We will interpenetrate metrics and make our progress measurable in terms of speed and as a working tool. This reveals the “real problems” and clarifies the empiricism of Scrum: where are the dangers and limits in its use (control, MicroManagement, misinterpretations, errors in the data…).<\/p>\n
<\/strong>You strengthen the PO with proven and psychologically sound methods on the topics:<\/p>\n\n
