Sprint 1 – 16 Stunden

Sprint 2 – 16 hours
– You reflect on your role and show yourself clearly with your thoughts and ideas in the team.
– You develop systemic and transaction-analytical tools to meet these different requirements.<\/p>\n
Sprint 3 – 16 hours
– You develop ideas on how to use differences in people, diversity in culture, diversity of perceptions to find good solutions.
– You learn to perceive the work phases of the team and to build psychological safety in order to shape \/ influence the organizational culture.<\/p>\n
Sprint 4 – 16 hours
– You remember agile tools (Kanban, Designed Thinking, Business Model Canvas) and apply them.
– You discover your own thinking traps and inner limits.
– Through a change of perspective and exchange, you see further solutions and try them out.<\/p>\n
Sprint 5 – 16 hours
– You develop ideas on how to align your organization or your team with its purpose. (learning organization)
– You learn to understand error culture as a symptom of success. Building on this understanding, you will learn steps to change a destructive error culture into a constructive one.<\/p>\n
Sprint 6 – 16 hours
– You familiarize yourself with the connection of conflicts and conflict rituals in the agile change process.
– You present your learning experience, present the collected increments of the sprints, receive your certificate and celebrate your successes with the others.<\/p>\n

VAT per month (total \u20ac 3,570 incl. VAT), for self-payers \u20ac 200 per month (total \u20ac 2,400 incl. I felt its power and effectiveness and experienced individual development in my own thinking, feeling and acting. <\/p>\n I also experience personal growth in the agile working world<\/i><\/a>. This requires new thinking, different perceptions and agreements between people so that agility can establish itself as a separate culture and sustainable mindset in the organization and create a new freedom for everyone. <\/p>\n Contact at eye level in the here and now (basic position +\/+) is a basic recipe for success for me when applying transactional analysis in an agile context.
