Executive Coaching and One-to-One Supervision
Are you new to your leadership role or want to reposition yourself? Do you have an inner conflict or another concern where you’re looking for an “out-of-the-box” perspective to find a solution?
Here you will find the resonance space for your plans, ideas and feelings, the confidentiality to move into unfamiliar terrain and the solid ground under your feet that your development needs.
And how?
Over many years of consulting practice, we have gained experience with a wide range of non-directive methods that we put at the service of your concern – feel free to ask. Here are a few examples of our methodological range for your solution approaches:
- Individual training tailored to you, e.g., rhetoric, role plays or body language.
- Visible systemic® reflection, e.g., including the context, communication dynamics or role functions.
- Visualization, e.g., figure constellations, the Metaplan® method, floor anchors or creative methods.
- Reflection using models, e.g., from transactional analysis, mediation or diversity management.
To strengthen your trust in us, our coaches and supervisors are certified either by the DGTA / EATA or the DGfP. They continuously pursue further training and make use of their own supervision. In practice, they work in a contract- or agreement-oriented way and value confidentiality – also vis-à-vis your superiors. All intaqt coaches and supervisors know that the solution must take the system or context, with its customs, mechanisms and values, into account. Only if the solution fits you and your environment can it be sustainable.
And if you do have a bad feeling, our associations offer a point of contact for complaints:
Ethics Committee at the DGTA for Thomas Wehrs, Jule Endruweit and Ammo Recla, Professional Standards Committee of the DGfP for Katharina Stahlenbrecher

TA Online Group Supervision
This offer is aimed at people who are in training or further training in transactional analysis or have completed it. These supervision hours can be credited towards DGTA/EATA/ITAA qualifications.
Supervision in TA training is good …
- for reflecting on situations from professional practice and sharpening your own professionalism.
- for reflecting on personal experiences and thus personal growth.
- for professionalizing your own supervision skills as a supervisor.
- for experiencing and learning the relational approach in transactional analysis.
… and is required for quality assurance.
How does it work?
A maximum of four participants agree on confidentiality. In a short round of introductions, concerns are collected and the suitable formats are negotiated. The following formats are possible:

- Cascade supervision, i.e., one participant intervises and a (P)TSTA supervises, or
- Tape supervision, i.e., one participant presents a recording and is supervised on it.
Each participant has approx. 40 minutes available for their own concern. The role of the observers is negotiated each time and can be, for example, resonance giver, surfer, spectator or intervision client.

Team Coaching and Supervision
Are you responsible for a team that isn’t performing the way you would like? Or is your team responsible for supporting people and you want to ensure its quality and make person-centeredness more concrete?
We connect your expectations with the team’s potential. With team coaching and supervision, benefit from our process-oriented and visible systemic® approach. This ensures that – as in the iceberg model – both the obvious topics and the group-dynamic processes and undercurrents can be clarified. In the end, you can be sure that future friction losses turn into focused energy for something new and that, as a rule, both collaboration and output take a leap in quality.
The following formats are possible:
- Team day, i.e., the team focuses – in a one- or multi-day standalone event – on its development, e.g., team building, fair workload distribution, conflict work or meeting structure.
- Team retreat, i.e., the team focuses – in a one- or multi-day standalone event – on one topic, e.g., strategy or annual planning, interface management or workload distribution.
- Regular team coaching, i.e., we support the team in the agreed regular cycle, e.g., with deeper conflicts, during phases of change in the company or to support a team lead.
- Supervision cycle, i.e., a team that works with clients is supported by us in the agreed regular cycle – to embed the person-centered approach and for quality assurance.
- Case supervision, i.e., a team that works with clients reflects on a specific situation under our guidance – either within a supervision cycle or as a one-off.
Contact: info@intaqt.de – in a preliminary call, we clarify your expectations, the format and the framework.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to questions about coaching and supervision.
What is the visible systemic® method?
Visible systemic® means that we make systemic processes visible. How do we do that? Either we supervise, coach or consult groups and organizations as a pair. This establishes a second system, a resonance space. We observe its processes and make them available to you. This way, we quickly get on the trail of parallel processes and undercurrents together. This gives you all the information you need to make decisions, define responsibility and address dynamics fairly. Or we also live this principle in one-to-one formats by observing the second level within ourselves and making it available to you.
What is the difference between coaching and supervision?
In general, the terms coaching and supervision are used in different contexts for similar formats. We mainly encounter the term coaching in business and service organizations, and supervision more in the social sector. We distinguish as follows:
Supervision supports people who work with people. It helps individuals and teams act in a client-appropriate and person-centered way.
Coaching focuses on the individual development of the coachee in their respective context, e.g., in a family or professional context.
What is group coaching?
Group coaching means that a group works on topics together. Individual one-to-one topics only have a place here if they affect the group, e.g., “You’re always late.” This is why group coaching is often linked to team development.
How do I recognize the quality of a coach?
They have had their multi-year training and many years of experience certified by a recognized association. The association provides the moral and ethical framework and a point of contact for complaints. They continuously pursue further training and make use of their own supervision. In practical collaboration, they work in a contract- or agreement-oriented way and value confidentiality – also vis-à-vis your superiors. They are experienced in non-directive consulting practice and can always explain their choice of methods. That means: it’s all about you and your concern(s). You decide what you want to change – or not. And the solution to your concern lies within you or your group. Questions, exercises, models, constellations and images help you find your own answer. Because only if the solution fits you and your system can it be sustainable.
Because the solution must take the system or context, with its customs, mechanisms and values, into account. Your experience and the coach’s experience in this system are relevant in developing it.
What do I gain from supervision or coaching?
Opportunities to professionalize:
- Develop individual leadership and action capabilities
- Strengthening of self and role competence
- (Further) development of authenticity
Support to overcome challenging situations.
- new patterns of action and thinking
- Access to own resources
- Starting points to change personal patterns.
- Be aware of your own strengths
- Face own limitations and develop alternatives
When is coaching or supervision useful?
- In times of professional or personal transition: So you can master the situation actively and with focus
- Promotion into a leadership position: So you can act clearly in your role from the outset
- Ongoing professional development on the job: So job-related development becomes possible
- Situations you experience as challenging: So you can master the situation actively and with focus
What does a coaching or supervision process look like?
We start by working out your concern together.
Then we proceed in a process-oriented way:
- Clarifying goals – we work out your topics and personal goals related to your concern.
- Planning the framework – together we define the format and the dates.
- Implementation – each session begins with a goal and ends with an evaluation. The coach selects methods and interventions to fit and uses them in a resource-oriented way. We draw on our wealth of experience with interventions from visible systemic® consulting, transactional analysis, mediation and our many years of practical experience.
- Closing – we evaluate the overall coaching and work out how you will continue to deal with the results.
If business coaching is involved, the executive may be included in clarifying the overall goals.
The duration of a coaching session can range from one session to an accompanying process.
How do I know the coaching is helpful?
The goals agreed at the start of the coaching process are achieved – or adjusted and then achieved. You have found new ways of dealing with familiar problems.
What happens to my booked session if I’m ill?
Our intaqt terms and conditions state that you can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Simply contact us as early as possible.
