How the Training Works
The prerequisite is the 101 Introductory Course in Transactional Analysis. The training is designed as a three-year Spiral Curriculum – topics repeat after three years, and you can join on an ongoing basis.
In addition to the modules, you work on your own practical cases in supervision, peer consultation and case work – and develop your transactional-analytic leadership, coaching and consulting style.
Spiral Curriculum: Modules
Five module topics per training year; you can join at any time – provided a place is available. For the Coach qualification, there are also two additional modules in systems theory and coaching.
1 – Focus: The Individual
→ Your own stance – OK/OK in coaching, leadership and consulting
→ Ensuring quality – contracts as a design tool
→ Self-regulation and communication – ego states
→ Using motivation – strokes as a steering tool
→ Roles – conflict potential and clarity in action
2 – Focus: Teams and Groups
→ Recognising and managing dysfunctional patterns – games, the Drama Triangle and the Winner’s Triangle
→ Discounting, symbiosis and passivity
→ Working with feelings – rackets, script system
→ Script and autonomy – script matrix, drivers, injunctions
→ Unlocking resources – stroke economy, filters, contamination
3 – Focus: Development

Ausbildungsleiterin
Jule Endruweit
