About us
We are more – more people – more perspectives.
Institute
We are more – more people – more perspectives.
We are united by our enjoyment of diversity and difference. Our expertise lies in developing paths and solutions together through shared learning. In doing so, we support sustainable development.
It all began with Jule Endruweit and Katharina Stahlenbrecher. But it didn’t stop there. New people keep joining our team, sometimes more closely, sometimes more loosely connected to us. This broadens our approaches and deepens our values. You can find more about our values here.
All intaqt programs are backed by our many years of training experience. Our teaching skills have been confirmed by an independent institute.

Jule Endruweit
Training Director
I started working as a trainer in adult education in 1996 and have been studying the concepts, models and philosophy of transactional analysis since 2004. In my own TA training, I have experienced how TA stimulates development and makes growth possible. It is important to me that everyone decides for themselves the direction of their own change. I am happy to pass on this experience – enriched with my didactic and methodological knowledge from adult education.
An appreciative attitude is one of the success secrets of TA, which I complement with a resource-oriented approach. I bring my experience in systemic organizational development just as much as my background in coaching, supervision, and mediation.
Teaching Supervisor and Teaching Trainer in the field of Organization · TSTA-O DGTA/EATA · Mediator · Graduate Political Scientist
As a member of the German Association for Transactional Analysis DGTA and the European Association for Transactional Analysis EATA, I am committed to upholding the ethical and professional standards.

Katharina Stahlenbrecher
Seminar Leader
After working as Managing Director of the Philippine Office, I have been supporting companies, teams, and individuals since 2001, helping them gain clarity and perspective.
In-depth studies in Managing Gender & Diversity and mediation have sharpened my ability to be neutral yet engaged, impartial yet positioned. These convictions guide my work as a mediator, coach, and facilitator.
I bring my experience as a Managing Director and from guiding change processes visibly and systemically into the sichtbar systemisch® educational series on consequential leadership.
Graduate Theologian · Managing Gender & Diversity · Certified Mediator (MM) · Supervisor (DGfP)
Involvement:
Volunteer Prevention Officer at the Ev. Hoffnungskirchengemeinde Pankow
Spokesperson for the Diversity Working Group at the Mediation Center Berlin

Thomas Wehrs
Training Director
I have encountered many different worlds: public service, management positions, my own agencies in Germany and the USA – and eventually became a coach and organizational developer. In 2011, I came into contact with transactional analysis and experienced its power for individual growth.
Eye-level contact in the here and now (basic life position +/+) is, for me, a fundamental recipe for success – including in agile contexts. With the concept of basic needs, I focus on psychological safety in complex environments.
Teaching Transactional Analyst Organization · PTSTA-O DGTA/EATA · M.A. Philosophy (Business Ethics) · Coach DBVC · Supervisor and Coach EASC
I am a member of two coaching associations as well as the DGTA and the EATA, and I am committed to the professional and ethical guidelines of these associations.

Maya Bentele
Seminar Leader
I work in a resource-oriented way: it is important to me to uncover the existing potential of people and organizations and to develop it in a targeted manner. In my work, I am guided by the attitudes and concepts of transactional analysis and systems theory – complemented by humanistic psychology and current approaches to leadership and organizational development.
As a company founder and graduate psychologist FH/SBAP (Work and Organizational Psychology), I bring experience as a Head of HR, in public administration, and since 1996 as an independent consultant and trainer.
Certified Teaching Transactional Analyst · TSTA-O/C · Coaching, Organizational Development, Systemic and Organizational Constellations
As a member of DGTA, EATA, and DSGTA, I am committed to ethical and professional standards.
