Three Formats on the Path to PTSTA / TSTA
With Maya Bentele (TSTA-O/C) and Jule Endruweit (TSTA-O): Reflection, Mock Exam, and Training Group – in German or English, online and in Berlin.
PTSTA Reflection
Online (DE/EN): a regular space for exchange, exploration, and taking stock – complementing the PTSTA group.
Participation per session: €190 incl. VAT.
PTSTA Mock Exam
Online or in person: TOE, Supervision (Level 1/2), and Teaching Exam – partial exams or complete, with the option of Endorsement.

Training Group
Co-creative, relational, and systemic: a space for growth on the path to PTSTA or TSTA certification.
Theory, supervision, peer consultation, self-experience, and role reflection.
Dates
PTSTA Reflection
You can do the reflection in either German or English.
We offer you:
→ a regular space for exchange, exploration, and taking stock – in addition to your PTSTA group
→ a low-effort way to stay continuously engaged with your topics
→ inspiration for your role as a teacher and supervisor
→ input from two experienced examiners with different teaching styles
→ networking and exchange with other PTSTAs
You’re welcome to bring your questions and concerns, e.g.: How do I teach TA or supervision? How do I get my own group? Discussing or practicing 101 topics; current questions about exams or the teaching role; Supervision Level I and II; preparation for the TSTA exam (theory, organization, ethics) and for the TEW.
Two intensive hours each, led by Maya Bentele, TSTA-O/C and Jule Endruweit, TSTA-O. Online via Zoom.

PTSTA Mock Exam
You can take your Mock in German or English – online or in person by arrangement.
All three parts of a TSTA exam are possible online:
→ TOE Exam (Theory, Organization, and Ethics) – a prerequisite for the other exams
→ Supervision Exam Level 1 (CTA) and/or Level 2 (PTSTA); supervisees are brought in
→ Teaching Exam in two parts: a prepared teaching unit on your own topic and teaching a random 101 topic (you may need to organize an audience of 2–3 people yourself)
You can choose individual parts or complete exams and take part in other PTSTA candidates’ Mocks (as board or silent observer). Once all parts have been successfully completed, an Endorsement is possible.
Prices: 1 hr. €190 (e.g. one level of supervision, teaching 101 only, Endorsement) · 1.5 hrs. €285 (TOE, teaching your own topic only) · 2 hrs. €380 (complete Teaching Exam or complete Supervision Exam Level 1+2).

PTSTA Training Group
This PTSTA group is led by Maya Bentele (TSTA-O and -C) and Jule Endruweit (TSTA-O). We open a space for growth, reflection, and professional development in transactional analysis – for you as a TA practitioner on the path to PTSTA or TSTA certification.
In our work, we combine a co-creative, relational, and systemic approach. We create a learning field of mutual respect, curiosity, and enthusiasm for both professional and personal development. Here you can develop and sharpen your identity as a teacher and supervisor in TA.
We work with theoretical input, supervision, peer consultation, intervision, self-experience, and reflection on profession and role. Learning from role models, through the co-creative group process, and from the expertise of everyone involved – including the facilitators.
Together we bring many years of experience in the TA community (including EATA/PTSC, DGTA Organization Section, DSGTA), over 30 years in adult education, organizational development, and leadership, as well as backgrounds in work/organizational psychology and political science.

Jule Endruweit
1996 bin ich als Trainerin in der Erwachsenenbildung gestartet, seit 2004 beschäftige ich mich mit den Konzepten, Modellen und der Philosophie der Transaktionsanalyse. In meiner eigenen TA-Ausbildung habe ich erlebt, wie durch TA Entwicklung stimuliert wird und Wachstum möglich ist. Mir ist wichtig, dass jede:r selbst entscheidet über die Richtung der eigenen Veränderung. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich gerne weiter – angereichert mit meinen didaktischen und methodischen Kenntnissen aus der Erwachsenenbildung.
Die wertschätzende Haltung ist eines der Erfolgsgeheimnisse der TA, ich flankiere sie mit einem ressourcenorientierten Ansatz. Meine Erfahrung in der systemischen Organisationsentwicklung bringe ich genauso ein wie die aus Coaching, Supervision und Mediation.
Als Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Transaktionsanalyse DGTA und der European Association for Transactional Analysis EATA verpflichte ich mich, die ethischen und professionellen Standards einzuhalten.
Seminarleitung
Maya Bentele
Ich arbeite ressourcenorientiert: Es ist mir ein Anliegen, das vorhandene Potenzial von Menschen und Organisationen aufzuspüren und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. In meiner Arbeit leiten mich die Haltungen und Konzepte der Transaktionsanalyse und der Systemtheorie – ergänzt um humanistische Psychologie sowie aktuelle Ansätze der Führung und Organisationsentwicklung.
Als Firmengründerin und Dipl. Psychologin FH/SBAP (Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie) bringe ich Erfahrung als Personalchefin, in öffentlicher Verwaltung und seit 1996 als selbständige Beraterin und Trainerin ein.
