Three formats for your leadership qualification

... so that good colleagues become good managers.

Seminar Series – Leadership yes, the dark side of power no. Across six sessions, you'll expand your verbal and methodological toolkit with transactional analysis concepts for communication and self-regulation – building from there into conflict, leadership style, system and diversity, team dynamics, as well as self- and project management.

Supervision Sessions (optional) – Approximately 2 weeks after the 2nd and 3rd seminar: a 2-hour supervision session to reflect on your own leadership role.

Establishing Peer Consultation (optional) – After further seminars, participants develop the peer consultation format, which can then be continued autonomously.

Katharina Stahlenbrecher

After working as managing director of the Philippine Office, I have been supporting companies, teams, and individuals since 2001, helping them gain clarity and perspective.

In-depth studies in Managing Gender & Diversity and mediation have sharpened my ability to be neutral yet engaged, impartial yet positioned. These are the convictions I bring to my work as a mediator, coach, and facilitator.

I visibly and systemically translate my experience as managing director and from guiding change processes into the training series on High-Impact Leadership.
