In your first three years of TA, you learned to analyze using basic TA models and to advise or coach individuals. Now, do you want to go beyond that and successfully shape change processes in organizations? Manage power and hierarchy dynamics in leadership processes? Or do you simply want to develop yourself further and feel there is more to achieve?
What are the benefits?
Develop comprehensive skills to handle complex situations. Further develop your self-observation and self-management skills as well as your repertoire of interventions – with the aim of becoming visibly systemic and effective in your context. The exam situation itself condenses and transforms what has been learned to a high level.
Practical learning, professional growth
Co-creative module design and relational interaction stimulate learning in the Masterclass at intaqt. The training modules specifically prepare you for the final exam as a Transactional Analyst in the field of Organization. You will deepen transactional analysis concepts and models and apply them directly in organizational contexts, from leadership and consulting to organizational development.

Methodological Diversity and Reflection
Each module is oriented towards your questions and needs as well as the exam requirements. Supervision, intervision, tape supervision, mock exams, and current topics from DGTA, EATA, and ITAA are part of the program. Guest lecturers from related disciplines provide additional inspiration.
- In-depth topics: You will deal with leadership, organizational consulting, and development, specifically linking these with concepts of transactional analysis and other established models.
- Expertise, methodology, self-reflection: You will systematically expand your theoretical knowledge, specifically build your methodological skills, and continuously reflect on your own actions.
- Live supervision in every module: You bring in real cases from your daily work and work on them directly.
- Individual support: If you want to take a CTA exam, we support you with your written final thesis, the selection of your “exam tapes,” and in preparation for the oral exam.
More than just training
Space to deepen knowledge, reflect on attitude, and further develop your own role – with classical, systemic, co-creative, and relational TA, current research, and practical relevance.
Entry & Prerequisites
Participation is possible with a degree as a Transactional Analysis Consultant, TA Coach, TA Supervisor, with a certificate of practical competence, or at least three years of TA training experience.
You decide for one year at a time: 5 weekends (2 days each) plus one annual contract supervision – an intensive framework for personal and professional growth.
Investment (per year)
Companies: €4,000 plus VAT.
Self-employed: €3,000 plus VAT.
Individuals: €3,000 incl. VAT.

Jule Endruweit
1996 bin ich als Trainerin in der Erwachsenenbildung gestartet, seit 2004 beschäftige ich mich mit den Konzepten, Modellen und der Philosophie der Transaktionsanalyse. In meiner eigenen TA-Ausbildung habe ich erlebt, wie durch TA Entwicklung stimuliert wird und Wachstum möglich ist. Mir ist wichtig, dass jede:r selbst entscheidet über die Richtung der eigenen Veränderung. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich gerne weiter – angereichert mit meinen didaktischen und methodischen Kenntnissen aus der Erwachsenenbildung.
Die wertschätzende Haltung ist eines der Erfolgsgeheimnisse der TA, ich flankiere sie mit einem ressourcenorientierten Ansatz. Meine Erfahrung in der systemischen Organisationsentwicklung bringe ich genauso ein wie die aus Coaching, Supervision und Mediation.
Als Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Transaktionsanalyse DGTA und der European Association for Transactional Analysis EATA verpflichte ich mich, die ethischen und professionellen Standards einzuhalten.

Ich habe die unterschiedlichsten Welten kennengelernt: öffentlicher Dienst, Führungspositionen, eigene Agenturen in Deutschland und den USA – und schließlich Coach und Organisationsentwickler. 2011 kam ich in Kontakt mit der Transaktionsanalyse und erlebte deren Kraft für individuelles Wachstum.
Der Kontakt auf Augenhöhe im Hier und Jetzt (Grundposition +/+) ist für mich ein basales Erfolgsrezept – auch im agilen Kontext. Mit dem Konzept der Grundbedürfnisse fokussiere ich auf psychologische Sicherheit im komplexen Umfeld.
