Interactively and with practical exercises you will gain experience in the usage of Transactional Analysis (TA). You will experience the special attitude of TA for professional and private relationships. You will receive easy-to-understand and useful tools for yourself (personal development) and for interactingwith other people (interpersonal and communication skills).
This course is internationally recognized as an official introductory course (101) for all training and further education courses based on Transactional Analysis. No previous knowledge is required. You will receive an internationally recognized certificate (EATA / DGTA) for your participation in the course. This certificate qualifies you to participate in Transactional Analysis worldwide education programs.
For people in any organization, further components in the TA training may be important and relevant for improving leadership, cooperation and collaboration. As a further building block, you could start the advanced training programs for the TA coach*, the TA consultant*, the TA educator* and/or the TA supervisor*.
