Katharina steel breaker
Two sentences shape me and what I do: One :’There is always a good reason.” is rooted in my mediation training and refers to inner logics that need to be understood. The other one :’We are all different, that’s normal’ is based on diversity management.Since 2001 I have been accompanying companies, teams and individuals and helping them to achieve clarity and overview. With these two convictions I mediate, coach, facilitate and teach from the heart.
Education: Degree in Theology, Managing Gender and Diversity, Mediator (M.M.).
Commitment: Member of the church council of the Ev. Hoffnungskirchengemeinde; Spokeswoman of the AG-Diversity at the Mediation Center Berlin
