We are the founders of intaqt GmbH:
Jule Endruweit and Katharina Stahlenbrecher.

If at all possible, we supervise or coach in pairs. Thus we establish a second system in coaching or supervision. This is the form in which you will most clearly experience our "Visibly Systemic" approach. We provide a second level of observation, reflection and processing throughout. Their clarity gains depth of field. Responsibility is defined, dynamics can be dealt with fairly.

Visibly Systemic Whether in pairs or with one of us, in coaching and supervision we draw on our studies and training in diversity management, mediation and transactional analysis. In doing so, we use the concepts quite pragmatically. And, of course, we are ready at any time to name the specific origin or context of our methods and approaches.

It is also part of our standard to go to external supervision ourselves.
