Stage two – certification as mediator:in
DiversityMediation as a profession
(6 modules with a total of 96 attendance hours, 15 hours of revision and 25 hours of self-study)
Goal: Certified mediator
In the second part,
– attitude and methods are deepened,
– the setting up of mediation processes is developed,
– characteristics of individual areas of application of mediation are considered
– two (co-)mediated cases are supervised.
– two (co-)mediated cases are documented and presented.
Each module focuses on one of the mediation fields of business, large groups, company, administration and school, family, neighborhood. Questions of social significance, framework, setting, topics, QM, diversity maturity, law as well as power and violence are accentuated accordingly.
The training is completed with the written documentation and reflection of two (co-)mediated cases and their presentation in the context of the course.
A prerequisite is the completion of the basic training.
The seminars of education and training start with the review of own practical experience and reading. The new teaching content will be conveyed in impulse lectures, then tested in exercises and role plays and applied to (co-)mediations.
As we attach importance to accompanying self-study to deepen your knowledge, you will receive targeted assignments in theory and practice (specialist reading, working groups and (co-)mediation) between the modules.
Appointments for the intervision groups between the modules are arranged by the participants themselves.
Self-reflection is an indispensable basis for diversity-sensitive and appreciative conflict management. Therefore, we also attach importance to supervisions, which can be completed, for example, with Jule Endruweit or Susanne Gillmann.

From 10.00 -18.00 (1st day) and 9.00-17.00 (2nd day)

You relate core elements of mediation to your professional life. The goal of this training series is conflict management. Completion of this basic training allows entry into the MasterClass - Mediation.

I have been supporting companies, teams and individuals since 2001, helping them to gain clarity and an overview. Studying mediation (1st degree in 2008) has sharpened my ability to be impartial and yet involved. The sentence: ‘People usually have a good reason for what they do’ expresses this well.
The insight ‘We are all different, that’s normal’ comes from my studies in diversity management (degree 2003). I mediate, coach and facilitate with these two convictions.
I visibly transfer my experience from mediation, facilitation and support of change processes systemically into education. You will gain parallel insights into the content, experience and process levels of the topics. This will allow you to frame your situations appropriately, formally and on a relational level .
In my continuing education courses, I wholeheartedly share the joy of transformation stimulated by the attitude and framework of mediation. I believe that each of us is diverse and should be equal. This work makes me happy.
