The aim of the Supervisor:in DGTA training is to be qualified for the professional field of supervision. The aim of the curriculum is to be able to accompany groups or individuals
- solution-focused,
- salutogenetically
- developing options and facilitating decisions,
- planning practical steps,
- reflecting on oneself, others, situations and context (organizations) with the help of different supervision concepts.

Our training to become a DGTA supervisor includes all the requirements necessary for the certificate (in particular: 72 hours of models of SV, 30 hours of techniques and methods, 30 hours of teaching SV (10 of which are taught by a second teacher)). Here you will find the regulations from p. 42.

It has a modular structure and lasts around three years. You can book the training as an external participant or as a participant in an intaqt masterclass or training group. The prerequisite is a qualification as a DGTA counselor or DGTA coach.

For members of the Masterclass

Participation in two advanced modules, which are a prerequisite for both coaches DGTA and supervisors DGTA

Module 1
Coaching, supervision and co. as a profession.

Module 2
System - Systemic - Diversity. Techniques and methods for dealing with diversity in supervision.

As well as the twice-yearly supervision colloquia (2x 1 supervision day with 2 teachers)

The following elements are mandatory and must be organized independently
20h TA peer supervision
30h documented supervision practice with clients

For TA consultants from other institutes

In addition, 3 x participation in the "Supervision" module of the intaqt Masterclass, which takes place once a year.

for companies: € 800 plus VAT
