Three formats for your leadership qualification
… so that good colleagues become good managers.
Seminar series In six events, participants first develop their communication and self-control using transactional analysis concepts as basic models and methods. This is followed by the main topics of conflict, leadership style, system and diversity, team dynamics and sandwich positions as well as self- and project management.
Supervision Approximately 2 weeks after the 2nd seminar and 3rd seminar, a 2-hour supervision takes place in which the participants reflect on their role as leaders.
Installation of peer counseling (optional) After the other seminars, the participants develop the format of peer counseling. We assume that this peer group can then be continued autonomously. In this way, the participants can – continuously carry the topics into their everyday lives – support each other in finding and maintaining their role – offer peer counseling for their part.

Seminar series: 6 modules of 2 days each, 6 x 350€ = 2,100€ incl. VAT
Supervisions: 2 supervisions of 2 hours each, 2 x 130€ = 260€ – can be booked later
Guidance on peer counseling, 2 x 130€ = 260€ – can be booked later
Registration
Registration is always possible on the first date of the series. The next series starts on April 16, 2026.
