We are teaching transactional analysts with international experience, long-standing executive coaches and organizational developers in business, social services, public administration and NGOs. With our expertise, we support you in gaining inner clarity and leading authentically and courageously. We equip you with maps to understand connections and expand your repertoire of intervention options – according to your individual style and values.

Modul 1. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Mein Stil, meine Werte.
In this module you will learn,
- gain clarity about your own management style,
- manage your own inner challenges (drivers, drama),
- Anchoring your own values in your management style,
- to lead authentically.
Modul 2. Wechsel der Führungsebene und Souveränität
In this module you will develop
- redefine your own identity and your role in terms of accompanying change
- They specify what it means to move from the team to the lead or from the lead to the strategic level of the organization and what needs to be considered,
- You will learn how to accompany role changes and set up onboarding processes or demand onboarding.
Modul 3. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Autorität ohne autoritär zu sein
In this module you will learn
- Shape your approach to power and authority through communication,
- To create clarity without dominance,
- Setting boundaries without harshness,
- develop authentic authority.
Modul 4. Zukunft gestalten. Organisation entwickeln, Talente fördern
In this module you will learn
- long-term thinking and day-to-day business,
- Actively shaping change processes, recognizingtalents and promoting them in a targeted manner,
- Recognize, check and deal with biases.
Modul 5. Orientierung geben. Konflikte, Herausforderungen, Macht und Drama
In this module you will learn
- Communicate decisions clearly from the leadership role,
- defuse conflicts courageously and confidently,
- how to deal with power games and drama,
- Recognize needs, wishes and problems and negotiate on what is required.
Modul 6. Zukunfts- und Entwicklungsplanung und meine Ausrichtung / Karriere
In this module you will learn
- actively shape your future career direction,
- to clearly recognize and use personal strengths,
- build networks in a targeted and proactive manner.
