We are teaching transactional analysts with international experience, long-standing executive coaches and organizational developers in business, social services, public administration and NGOs. With our expertise, we support you in gaining inner clarity and leading authentically and courageously. We equip you with maps to understand connections and expand your repertoire of intervention options – according to your individual style and values.

Modul 1. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Mein Stil, meine Werte.
In this module you will learn,
- gain clarity about your own management style,
- manage your own inner challenges (drivers, drama),
- Anchoring your own values in your management style,
- to lead authentically.
Modul 2. Wechsel der Führungsebene und Souveränität
In this module you will develop
- redefine your own identity and your role in terms of accompanying change
- They specify what it means to move from the team to the lead or from the lead to the strategic level of the organization and what needs to be considered,
- You will learn how to accompany role changes and set up onboarding processes or demand onboarding.
Modul 3. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Autorität ohne autoritär zu sein
In this module you will learn
- Shape your approach to power and authority through communication,
- To create clarity without dominance,
- Setting boundaries without harshness,
- develop authentic authority.
Modul 4. Zukunft gestalten. Organisation entwickeln, Talente fördern
In this module you will learn
- long-term thinking and day-to-day business,
- Actively shaping change processes, recognizingtalents and promoting them in a targeted manner,
- Recognize, check and deal with biases.
Modul 5. Orientierung geben. Konflikte, Herausforderungen, Macht und Drama
In this module you will learn
- Communicate decisions clearly from the leadership role,
- defuse conflicts courageously and confidently,
- how to deal with power games and drama,
- Recognize needs, wishes and problems and negotiate on what is required.

Jule Endruweit
For over 20 years, I have been supporting managers at all levels – from team leaders to management, from employee representatives to board members – in Germany and abroad. The focus is on coaching, supervision and the development of effective leadership and organizational structures.
With the founding of intaqt GmbH, I have expanded my portfolio: We support organizations systemically and transactionally in gaining clarity, orientation and the ability to act during change. The visible systemic© approach we have developed creates a practical approach to structural and individual development – always with a view to psychological safety, effectiveness and cultural fit.
Transactional analysis (TA), which I have been working with since 2004, is much more than a concept for me – it is an effective tool for change. As a teaching transactional analyst, I train managers and HR managers and enable them to act confidently, resiliently and clearly in complex situations.
I am a certified transactional analyst in the field of organization CTA-O DGTA/EATA, teaching supervisor, teaching trainer (TSTA-O) and certified mediator and a member of the German (DGTA), European (EATA) and international(ITAA) societies for TA. I have thus committed myself to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Thomas Wehrs
I have experienced the most diverse worlds: trained in public service, several management positions in an organization, management of my advertising and acquisition agency, partnership management of my marketing and research agency in the USA and finally coach and organizational developer.
In 2011, I came into contact with the philosophy of transactional analysis (TA). I felt its power and effectiveness and experienced individual development in my own thinking, feeling and acting.
I also experience personal growth in the agile working world. This requires new thinking, different perceptions and agreements between people so that agility can establish itself as a separate culture and sustainable mindset in the organization and create a new freedom for everyone.
Contact at eye level in the here and now (basic position +/+) is a basic recipe for success for me when applying transactional analysis in an agile context. With the concept of basic needs, I focus on psychological safety in a complex environment.
I am a member of two coaching associations, the German Association for Transactional Analysis (DGTA ) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis ( EATA), and therefore undertake to comply with the professional and ethical guidelines of these associations.
