We are teaching transactional analysts with international experience, long-standing executive coaches and organizational developers in business, social services, public administration and NGOs. With our expertise, we support you in gaining inner clarity and leading authentically and courageously. We equip you with maps to understand connections and expand your repertoire of intervention options – according to your individual style and values.

The training series in detail

Modul 1. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Mein Stil, meine Werte.

You know the dilemma, the feeling of comparing yourself with others and are ready to think about how you want to lead yourself?

In this module you will learn,

  • gain clarity about your own management style,
  • manage your own inner challenges (drivers, drama),
  • Anchoring your own values in your management style,
  • to lead authentically.

Modul 2. Wechsel der Führungsebene und Souveränität

You know the feeling of navigating between levels, the uncertainty as to whether and how new expectations can be met and how you can become visible?

In this module you will develop

  • redefine your own identity and your role in terms of accompanying change
  • They specify what it means to move from the team to the lead or from the lead to the strategic level of the organization and what needs to be considered,
  • You will learn how to accompany role changes and set up onboarding processes or demand onboarding.

Modul 3. Wer bin ich als Führungskraft? Autorität ohne autoritär zu sein

Are you familiar with uncertainty, the oscillation between authoritarian and laissez-fair, and the question of whether teams really accept decisions?

In this module you will learn

  • Shape your approach to power and authority through communication,
  • To create clarity without dominance,
  • Setting boundaries without harshness,
  • develop authentic authority.

Modul 4. Zukunft gestalten. Organisation entwickeln, Talente fördern

Are you familiar with constant pressure and the feeling that you have hardly any capacity for long-term planning and feel that you are reacting instead of creating? Are you worried that talent is leaving or stagnating?

In this module you will learn

  • long-term thinking and day-to-day business,
  • Actively shaping change processes, recognizingtalents and promoting them in a targeted manner,
  • Recognize, check and deal with biases.

Modul 5. Orientierung geben. Konflikte, Herausforderungen, Macht und Drama

Do you avoid unpleasant decisions and conflicts? Teams seem insecure? Are you experiencing frictional losses due to differences in teams?

In this module you will learn

  • Communicate decisions clearly from the leadership role,
  • defuse conflicts courageously and confidently,
  • how to deal with power games and drama,
  • Recognize needs, wishes and problems and negotiate on what is required.

Modul 6. Zukunfts- und Entwicklungsplanung und meine Ausrichtung / Karriere

You don’t yet know exactly which path you want to take, are at a loss and are afraid of making the wrong decisions? Or do you know exactly where you want to go and want to plan?

In this module you will learn

  • actively shape your future career direction,
  • to clearly recognize and use personal strengths,
