In the Transactional Analysis Masterclass, you will learn from experienced teachers who combine theory and practice: Jule Endruweit (TSTA-O) and Thomas Wehrs (PTSTA-O) bring their many years of experience in coaching, supervision and organizational development directly into the training.

Each module of the advanced TA training is tailored to the questions and needs of the participants. Supervision, intervision, band supervision, mock exams and current topics from DGTA, EATA and ITAA are part of the program. Possible guest lecturers from related disciplines provide additional impetus.

Preparation for CTA certification
The Masterclass offers you the opportunity to prepare specifically for the EATA Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) exam. You will develop sound theoretical and practical prerequisites and train all the skills that are crucial for successful certification.

The Masterclass is a space in which you can deepen your knowledge, reflect on your attitude and further develop your role as a consultant, coach, supervisor or organizational developer. You will benefit from classical, systemic, co-creative and relational transactional analysis – combined with current research and practical relevance.

Participation is possible with a degree as a transactional analysis consultant, TA coach, TA supervisor, with a certificate of practical competence or at least three years of TA training experience.

For your investment, you will receive 5 weekends a year (2 days each) and an annual contract supervision – an intensive and enriching framework for your personal and professional growth
